Inspired and licensed under the OG TED.com, the independently organised TEDxMelbourne is all about ideas worth sharing. Featuring speakers with adventurous minds, TEDxMelbourne 2016 is set to be one of the most innovative events of the year.
The latest instalment of TEDxMelbourne will take place on Wednesday, August 3, and is titled Adventurous Minds. Speakers will include Australian creative directors, spacecraft designers and a young Melbourne adventurer who conquered the Mt Everest Base Camp Trek at just 12 years old. Just in case you weren't already feeling under-accomplished today.
Foodies will be pleased with a grazing lunch prepared by a stellar line-up of chefs including Andrew McConnell (Cumulus Inc, Cutler & Co, Supernormal), Guy Grossi (Grossi Florentino) and Scott Pickett (Estelle Bistro, Saint Crispin). It's sure to be quite a spread.
