Best of Melbourne 2015: Our Favourite New Restaurants
From hot meat doughnuts to sushi master sashimi, we ate well this year.
Melbourne's restaurants continue to take risks, and they continue to prove that taking them certainly pays off. In a year that saw everything from vegan fine dining to hot meat doughnuts, and steak frites to super simple sashimi being served up on our plates, we ate from a diverse culinary pool — and we ate well. At Concrete Playground we encourage exploration and innovation in our city — and our food — every day, and these are our favourite restaurants to open in 2015. Nice work, guys — we love what you do.
