Sydney Events Raising Money for Bushfire-Affected Communities and Volunteers

Australia is currently experiencing one of the worst bushfire seasons on record. More than six-million hectares, thousands of homes and an estimated half a billion animals have been destroyed by bushfires so far. And we're not even halfway through summer.
To help the communities and animals affected, and the RFS NSW volunteers donating their time, local businesses across Sydney are hosting fundraising events. There are book sales to attend, live music gigs to watch and dinners to eat — all for a good cause.
Of course, you can also donate directly to charities and organisations, including local RFS NSW brigades, the Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery Fund, WIRES and the Fire Relief Fund for First Nations Communities.
