At 673 Bourke street, you'll find a welcoming wooden door, which will lead you into the home of Kinfolk. Named 'the cafe that gives a fork', Kinfolk is not only a cafe, but an organisation that aims to create a more inclusive community by offering training courses and employment opportunities for marginalised people. Plus, the cafe and catering company raises funds for a number of partnered charities. In addition to all this awesomeness, it's also a bangin' brunch spot. Try the mushroom toastie, or give the 'Good Egg Special' a go — poached eggs, roast butternut pumpkin, baby spinach and smoked scamorza on sourdough — the next time you're looking for a feel-good brunch during the week.
