Overview

It's a busy week in the playground as we gear up to host two events this Sunday. In the early hours of a day usually reserved for bacon, eggs and Bloody Marys, we will be joined by 200 of CP's finest film fans for a special screening of Wish You Were Here, after which people will have the chance to meet and talk to the filmmakers themselves. Afterwards, things are set to get a little more rowdy as we head down Oxford Street to set up shop at Global Gallery in Paddington, where the rest of the afternoon will be spent sampling the best Italian-inspired Aussie wines. Join us if you can

Around town there are, as usual, a plethora of interesting cultural happenings to pique your interest this week. Why not spend your evenings enjoying the abstract (and a lot of the time, free booze) as Sydney's night art scene takes shape, or get yourself on the inside as Secret Cinema gears up for its Australian debut. And if music's more your thing, fear not; we have princeskeys and conchords all heading our way soon.
