The freezing cold weather we are currently experiencing generally means one prefers to stay indoors, but the Winter Festival at Bondi Beach may change your mind. Put your skates on and warm up on the ice rink then afterwards you can reward yourself with a cup of hot chocolate or glass of wine at the Alpine Ski Hut. A toasty fire sets the scene giving off a European ambiance and the perfect way to keep cosy while sipping on your mulled European wine, Glühwein, which is making an exclusive appearance on Australian shores, being sure to warm you from the inside out.

This year's festival also offers an abundance of delicious European Alpine cuisine with a bunch of live bands and DJ's to help dance it off. A huge range of exciting events will also be appearing on and around the huge open air ice rink. You may have missed Sk80's Disco Night on Saturday but the sports orientated will be happy to know that they can still enjoy the Skate of Origin on Wednesday 4th July. Cheering the NSW Rugby team to victory whilst watching your own live Ice Hockey game on the ice is set to get the crowd going wild.  A ticket will give you a 45 minute ice rink session and a warm Lipton Chai Latte at the end of your session.

Concrete Playground has four double passes to give away to the Lipton Chai Latte Winter Festival. To be in the running to win a pair of tickets, make sure you're subscribed to Concrete Playground then email your name and postal address to [email protected]
