When it comes to summer plans, you're probably looking for the perfect night out. Thankfully, this December, the Sydney Opera House is showcasing The Choir of Man, a feel-good musical putting harmonies and humour centre stage.

Transforming the Opera House into a working English pub and serving up real pints, this musical doesn't adhere to your typical plot lines. Instead, it follows the relationships of the nine men — including poets, singers and instrumentalists — as they navigate friendship and build camaraderie, all amidst energetic tap numbers.

Starting from Friday, December 11, the Olivier Award-nominated show will be taking over on the Opera House's studio stage, which was previously host to disco-cabaret Velvet Inferno and a range of Vivid LIVE sets. Presented by Sydney Opera House, Andrew Kay & Nic Doodson, the production has received West End acclaim for its energetic stylings and community atmosphere, complete with crowd-favourites from Queen, Adele, Sia, Paul Simon, Guns N' Roses and more.

The show is just the first in the Sydney Opera House's summer program, designed to deliver feel-good vibes for nights out with your mates. Tickets start from $69.90, with available dates through to Sunday, January 24.

Get tickets to The Choir of Man and make the most of your evenings out this summer.
