The aptly titled Not Just Coffee is a veritable Swiss army knife of dining, art and culture. Accessed through its rear entry just off Paddington's iconic Oxford street, this cafe boasts an impressive menu — catering to those after a quick, healthy and satisfying breakfast via its goji bircher muesli, and offering something more indulgent with its smoked salmon and scrambled egg croissant.
Other standouts include the bourbon smoked beef sandwich with lemon pepper caramelised onions, as well as the miso white bean bowl with roast lotus root. If that's not enough to get you there already, the charming sun-filled courtyard also plays host to a number of locally created artworks — and the Single O coffee isn't bad either.
