Competing only with Morgan Freeman for the most recognisable and distinct voices of all time, the legendary Sir Attenborough is coming to New Zealand is coming to the Civic Theatre on February 2 for a one-off talk called A Quest for Life. Details of the talk are sparse, yet the 90-year-old BBC documentarian and naturalist who has been publicly championing nature since 1952 and is behind such nature doco classics as Planet Earth, Frozen Planet and The Blue Planet, will no doubt be using his speaking post in New Zealand as a means to further his current quest to curb man-made climate change - a passion which has seen him create the two-part documentary The Truth About Climate Change and talk with current president Barack Obama to raise awareness. Tickets will go on sale at 9am on November 21.
