Now Open: UTURN Has Brought Its Pre-Loved Fashion to Bondi — and It's Doing a 'Choose What U Pay' Sale to Celebrate

Fashion enthusiasts — you've got another spot where you can shop ethically and find unique clothing items to upcycle, thrift or simply add to your wardrobe. And while fashion market pop-ups like the Big Design Market, Round She Goes and Second Life Market are all the rage, this Bondi newcomer is ready to become your permanent new go-to.

Now, Bondi locals can peruse a plethora of secondhand items at UTURN's newly opened outlet on Oxford Street. The fashion brand's seventh Sydney store also features a refreshed design for the space, with plans to continue expanding its empire throughout the city. Currently, UTURN boutiques have landed in Surry Hills, Newtown and Rozelle, with the largest one located in Punchbowl — and at each store, you'll find items from pre-loved designer pieces to wardrobe staples on offer.

"As a family-owned and operated company, our focus at Uturn has always been community. Our mission is more than just selling clothing, but to provide a community service through access to quality and affordable second-hand clothing," said Alex Dimou, Uturn Group's founder and director.

In honour of the Bondi locale, the store will be hosting a 'choose what you pay' sale on select items for the first weekend of June. From Saturday, June 1 until Sunday, June 2, you'll be able to flick through an array of designer pieces, including Zimmermann, Adidas, Lisa Ho, Oroton and Bec + Bridge, all of which will start from $10. You'll pick the item's worth when purchasing.

If you're still in need of further convincing, all proceeds from this sale at Bondi — and one percent of all profits from all UTURN outlets until the end of the month — will be donated to Thread Together, which works towards eradicating textile waste in Australia.

You'll find UTURN Bondi at 464 Oxford Street in Bondi Junction, open from 10am–6pm Monday–Friday and 10am–5pm on weekends.
