Overview

Redfern's getting a truly local arts and crafts market, showcasing goods from 107 Projects' recently launched online store, 107 Objects.

Across two days, 20 stallholders will have their unique wares out on the table for you to peruse. Products featured include Studio COY's eye-catching clay jewellery, intricate accessories from Jeff McCann, luxe socks from SOCC, bonsai plants by Hugh Grant, 'architectural earrings' by DOOLHAUS, Toilet Feelings' zines and paper goods, Australian native watercolour prints by Studio KaKa, and LOVESOUP's pins and totes.

FBi Radio DJs will be pumping tunes, and you'll be able to grab a bite from vegan Vejoes Food Truck before washing it all down with a beer by Yulli's Brews.

There's more good news: if you're buying something here as a Christmas present, there's a charity gift wrapping station by Welcome Dinner Project where volunteers will pretty up your purchases for a gold coin donation.

It's all in celebration of 107 Projects' new display space and online store. As a not-for-profit, 107 aims to promote local artists, support zero waste, and return at least 66 percent of the profits made from each product back to the maker.
