Overview

Delightfully filthy mouthed Harlem rapper Azealia Banks has announced a surprisingly all ages Future Music Sydney sideshow.

Banks, who increased her already phenomenal web presence just this morning with a catty spin on Baauer's 'Harlem Shake' viral phenomenon, last performed here for a set at Splendour that lasted only 25 minutes. But as long as she keeps dissing journalists and pretending to be a Geocities GIF it'll take more than a few fans feeling short changed to knock her off her spot at the top of NME's 2011 "Cool List".

Her already-delayed and highly anticipated debut album is on its way after being postponed in July last year, but judging by the sonic and visual strength of that year's 1991 EP it'll be worth the wait. Hopefully we'll get a taste of it on March 6th, and in the mean time you can sate your appetite for emphatic NY-style tirades here.

The presale starts at 12pm on Monday, 18 February. Tickets go on sale to the public at 12pm Tuesday.
