Overview
Experience a hybrid culinary journey at Lana on Wednesday, May 22, as renowned chef Harry Mangat brings his Biji Dining pop-up project to Sydney for a special collaboration with Lana's Executive Chef, Alex Wong.
Fresh off the heels of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival, where he showcased his inventive Indian-themed creations, Mangat is now about to impress Sydney food enthusiasts with his innovative dishes.
There's a delightful mix of flavours on offer at the one-night-only event, which will combine Mangat's lively Indian style with Wong's distinctive Italian-Asian fusion. Guests can expect a luxurious spread of ten or more dishes, such as the empanada butter duck masala with mozzarella, refreshing snapper chaat crudo infused with lemon myrtle and tamarind, and the indulgent Sundarkala trofie with saffron, king prawns and Kerala prawn XO.
The four-course dining experience costs $129 per person and bookings can be made at the website, with availability starting at 5.30pm.
