Thursday evening, Hugo’s Lounge: Leanne Carroll of El Cee's Designs will be launching her new line of vintage inspired millinery and fashion accessories Queen of HeArTS, with Nadia Garcia’s hand-making bespoke couture. The sparkling headwear will include fascinators and top hats, which will be shown alongside hand-beaded accessories and gowns; not to mention free cocktails on arrival and $5 pizza all night.
