You'll leave with a new-found spice whiz persona and perfect excuse to host a dinner-party at your place or in your mouth.

For $40 you’ll: learn the history of spices; how to smell, roast, blend and taste flavour; learn why some flavours are hot but others warm or earthy; and score a BBQ lunch. Yummy.
