Best of Sydney 2015: Best New Restaurant
From Opera House-shaped pavlovas to ice cream kebabs, we ate well this year.

Best of Sydney 2015: Best New Restaurant
Sydney's restaurants have been recreating the city one dish at a time. At Concrete Playground we encourage exploration and showcase innovation in our city — and our food — every day, so we are very pleased to announce our picks for Best New Restaurant in Concrete Playground's Best of Sydney 2015 Awards. These six outstanding restaurants have been handpicked by CP for their innovation, originality, cracking menus and outstanding service — but it was new and improved Bennelong that knocked our socks off this year. Every detail is show-stopping, from the view of the Opera House to the mini pavlova edible version of it. Nice work, guys — we love what you do.
