Overview
Sydney's restaurant scene never stands still. The continual pursuit of something new and fresh drives the creative wheels of the industry. And ensures that us diners never get bored.
Saigon Hustle, West Sydney's modern Vietnamese restaurant and bar, is one such spot that's currently making big changes. The team has gone all out by creating a new menu made for group dining.
Small and large sharing plates of proudly unauthentic Vietnamese dishes adorn this new menu — such as the Vietnamese wagyu beef tartare served with nuoc mam dressing, toasted peanuts and prawn crackers and the bone marrow mi goreng made with egg noodles, mi goreng sauce, fried garlic oil, shallots and garlic chives.
Be sure to get around the desserts too. The milk tea creme brulee served with brown sugar pearls and banana fritters with mango coconut sago are must-try sweet options.
But the new menu isn't the only reason diners should book a table at Saigon Hustle. For the entire month of April, those who book a table for six to ten guests can get 20% off the entire bill. That means at least one of the diners eats for free.
To get the deal, you'll need to quote 'HUSTLERS' when booking. This can be mentioned in the OpenTable notes or text message when reserving a table.
And if you head over from 5–7pm, from Wednesday to Sunday, you can also sneak in a few happy hour drinks. During this time, the bar serves up $8 house wines and beers alongside a special $13 cocktail of the week. These bartenders are known for creating all kinds of fun Asian-inspired cocktails, so you best order a few throughout the night.
To try the new menu and get 20% off the bill throughout April, book a table for six to ten people through the Saigon Hustle website or OpenTable. Make sure you mention 'HUSTLERS' when making your reservation.
