Overview
Fell into some not-so-healthy habits during iso? We don't blame you. While spending almost all of our time at home — and with gyms closed for some months — it was hard to stick to a good, healthy routine. But now, it's time to hit the metaphorical (or literal) treadmill and get back to looking after yourself. To help out, Aussie health insurance company GMHBA has teamed up with global health and wellbeing program AIA Vitality — so, you don't have to do it alone.
To catch you up to speed, AIA Vitality is a science-backed program that rewards you for healthy behaviours like getting enough sleep, exercising and learning more about your nutrition, plus the newly added benefits of looking after your mental health, all of which are assessed through simple online and in-person check-ups. Basically, the more AIA activities you do, the more points you get, which will result in rewards such as up to $500 to spend at Myer, Woolies, Rebel, Amazon, Bunnings and House, for example, or 50 percent off selected gym memberships, including Virgin Active and Fitness First, as well as at Endota Spa. If you're a GMHBA member, you could be eligible for a discount on your insurance, too.
