The Star Is Serving Up a Surf and Turf Menu for a Limited Time

Whether you call it surf and turf or know it as reef and beef, this meaty mountain of food isn't for the faint hearted. Well, this winter, you can sample multiple iterations of this culinary creation for lunch or dinner at The Star.

From Monday, August 1 till Sunday, September 11, The Star Sydney will be serving surf and turf galore at three of its bustling restaurants — Fat Noodle, Food Quarter and 24/7 Sports Bar. Each dish on the limited-time menu will include tender waygu beef and, depending on where and when you go, an assortment of extras that'll be sure to satisfy — like green papaya salad, king prawns, crispy fish, mash and more.
