Since opening in Barangaroo in 2016, this Melbourne-born chain has stolen the hearts — and filled the bellies — of finger-licking, fried chicken-loving Sydneysiders. The Darling Square eatery is the third Sydney outpost for the chain, which specialises in Nashville-style fried chicken and some very worthwhile sides. Get stuck into tenders, drumsticks and wings slathered in a spicy sauce of your choice, ranging from Southern to Sex Panther. Round out the feast with mac 'n' cheese, potato and gravy, fries and slaw, and wash it all down with a cardamom lemonade or peach iced tea. Elsewhere on the menu, you'll find a chicken katsu sando, a panko-fried mushroom sando and, on weekends, chicken and waffles.
