Single O Surry Hills

Overview

Single O's flagship Surry Hills cafe is the place to be for a perfectly well-made coffee, a freshly roasted bag for home, and a delicious breakfast or lunch from their seasonal menu. The cafe is also home to their specialty brew bar, the birthplace of the Juggler Cafe Milk Tap System. The brew bar is the ultimate place to hang curbside and enjoy filter coffee, cold brew, Iced Oat Latte and Iced Oat Matcha on tap. The standing bar and loan-a-mug system encourages guests to drink on premises to reduce single-use waste.

There's also Reservoir blend and single origin coffees on offer, plus an array of beverage specials, which currently includes their fan favourite Banana Bread Espresso Cold Foam Cold Brew (cold brew with banana bread espresso butter cold foam topped with banana bread crumbs), and their new Hanabi Foam Iced Latte (Firecracker iced latte topped with espresso cold foam, decadent chocolate mousse and orange zest). There's also a Filter Flight on offer, offering a taste of three feature origins from Single O's taps.

At any given time, Single O Surry Hills has a dozen dishes, which showcases local and sustainable produce with a twist. Highlights include The Avo Show (caraway seed rye, achiote cashew cheese, pickled fennel, seasoned crumb, chili oil, and sweet lemon aspen), the lemon and pepperberry chicken toastie (with confit garlic, capsicum, olives, halloumi and mozzarella), and the banana bread toasted with espresso butter.
