Treat yourself to a mindful reset at CalmBar, where the unique combination of ice baths, infrared sauna and breathwork classes aim to help you relax, recover and build resilience.

Tony Eames has run the family-owned business since June 2023, after noticing a gap in the market for hot/cold exposure and breathwork in the harbourside suburb of Rozelle.

Patrons can book one of the four private rooms with Clearlight infrared saunas and handmade Odin Australia red cedar ice baths for 60-minute sessions.

CalmBar hosts breathwork classes, led by owner Tony, every Thursday (deep relaxation) and Sunday (breakthrough with ice bath), as well as sound healing and reiki led by music producer and reiki master Scott McCahon. With yoga on the horizon, keep an eye on the schedule on the website.
