Bondi has no shortage of surf schools. The challenge is figuring out which ones are any good. Let's Go Surfing is the only licensed surf school on the beach, with more than 20 years experience behind them. Co-owner Brenda Miley has been surfing for as long as she can stand, and has assembled a killer team of local, national and international surf instructors to take you out on the water.
They offers classes for beginners as well as private lessons for those looking to take their surfing to the next level. A two-hour group course costs $99, with prices scaling up from there. If you're really committed, their six-week early morning course costs $279, and should offer you experience in a variety of different conditions. They also have their own shop where you can purchase your own board, wetsuit and surfing accessories.
