Narrabeen Lagoon

Overview

Home to an abundance of wildlife, beautiful flora and a stunning estuary, Narrabeen Lagoon is one of the northern beaches' great natural assets.

There are a bunch of activities you can do at Narrabeen Lagoon including bush walking, kayaking, paddle boarding, pedal boating and relaxing with a picnic lunch or BBQ. Popular with trail runners and bike riders, the 8.4km Narrabeen Lagoon circuit will take you around the perimeter of the lake through varied ecosystems and historical and cultural sites.

Keep a look out for rare bird species, marsupials and lizards. There are also playgrounds for kids, plenty of parking available and boat ramps dotted around the lagoon, too.
