Overview

Located within the University of Sydney, the Seymour Centre is one of our fair city's leading performing arts and theatre venues. The space puts on a huge range of acts, including opera, dance and theatrical performances across drama and comedy, with both emerging and established artists take the stage. Apart from performances, the Centre regularly hosts live music gigs, film festivals, talks and community workshops, as well as offers a full arts education program. All up, it has three theatres, a cabaret-style lounge and a rehearsal studio, as well as foyers and courtyards which occasionally host shows, too. The venue also has a couple of bars and a cafe, should you wish to imbibe or you get peckish on your next cultural outing.
