Overview

If you're thinking of exploring Barrington Tops National Park (which you definitely should), consider packing your camping gear and spending the night at Gloucester River campground. Have an early night so you can rise with the sun and set off on the Sharpes Creek walking track. There are plenty of stunning vistas, plus the opportunity to spot platypus and eastern water dragons. If you're pressed for time (or don't love the idea of camping overnight in the bush), then there are a number of tracks you can easily complete in the space of a day or less.
