Overview
A member of Harlem's hip-hop collective A$AP Mob, Ferg (real name Darold Ferguson) became an integral part of the groups dynamic presence that dominated stages and sold out tours with viral hits such as 'Kissing Pink' and 'Get High'. A friend of A$AP Rocky's from high school, he featured on his 2013 chart-topping debut album LONG.LIVE.A$AP.
Ferg adopted his moniker from A$AP Mob and after going solo in 2012 his debut single "Work" earned over 2 million online views and was regarded as one of the "50 Best Songs of 2012" by Complex Magazine. In 2013 his signed a record deal with Polo Grounds and RCA and later released his debut album "Trap Lord" which would feature guest appearances by Bone Thugs-n-Harmony and Onyx, and debut number 9 on the Billboard 200 chart and push Ferg to win "Rookie of the Year" at the 2013 BET Hip Hop Awards.
