Overview

While taking a break from the Laneway tour, BADBADNOTGOOD are making a road trip to Wellington to perform one sideshow in the capital. The boys met at music school in Toronto in 2010, where their love for hip hop outshone their excitement for Humber College's jazz program. The founding three became four with the permanent addition of Leland Whitty on saxophone in early 2016.

The group are bringing the jazz back into hip hop and have since collaborated with the likes of Ghostface Killah, KAYTRANADA, Danny Brown and Snoop Dogg. While experimental still stays at the root of BADBADNOTGOOD's existence, their 2016 album IV dives into the realm of R&B and includes another star-studded lineup.

You can catch the four-piece this Wednesday 31 January at San Fran with support from DJ Martyn Pepperell. Tickets are available for $59, so if you missed out on Laneway this gig is bound to be a banger.
