The comedy festival you've been waiting for is back and funnier than ever. With talent sourced from all around the globe, there is no shortage of comedic talent coming to Wellington's shores for the 2018 NZ International Comedy Festival.

Ranging from your old favourites such as the cast from 7 Days (NZ v. The World special), the queen of awkward humour Angella Dravid (Barceloner), to the eccentric Andy Zaltzman (Right Questions. Wrong Answers), there's something for everyone. If you can't make up your mind, head to the Comedy Gala which will offer up a smorgasbord of humour guaranteed to get you chuckling. Other crowd favourites include Heath Franklin's Chopper Reid (Bogan Jesus), a powerful discussion of mental health led by Mike King (Inner Dialogue), and Kolopa and Jes'mine (Memoirs of a Statistic).

The Comedy Gala, hosted by the satire spitting Arj Barker, will be on April 29 with tickets starting at $79. With more acts coming than you can laugh at, you can find the full line up here.
