Big Screen Classic: Home Alone
Merry Christmas, ya filthy animals.
Overview
'Twas the night before Christmas and all through Roxy Cinema people gathered from far and near to celebrate the closing of the year. Big Screen Classic: Home Alone will be dashing through to the silver screen once again for a holly jolly Christmas eve-ning.
Home Alone is a Christmas classic that first premiered 28 years ago, exemplifying the epitome of an American white Christmas with an unusual twist — young trouble-maker Kevin McCallister is unintentionally left to his own devices over the silly season, and has to fend for himself whilst his family struggles to race back to him.
Home Alone goes hand-in-hand with Christmas, just as strawberries and kiwifruit go on the pavlova for dessert. Roxy Cinema is bringing you Christmas a day early on December 24, from 3-5pm. With general admission being $11 a pop, you can guarantee this experience will pull you out of a Scrooge-mindset (Bah Humbug) and transfer your mind into the excitement of Buddy the Elf.
Gather your loved ones, so long as they haven't accidentally ditched you, and Merry Christmas, ya filthy animals.
