Overview

With the Government's relaxing of Alert Level restrictions, Auckland indie rock band Daffodils are finally heading out on their first nationwide tour. The four-piece will visit Wellington's Meow on Saturday, September 26.

Daffodils first stepped into the spotlight with the release of their 2017 debut single 'Two Angels'. 2018 saw the group release a trio of tracks, including the popular single 'A Leo Underwater', and led to a record deal with the UK's Kartel Music Group. The five-track Boys EP dropped last October to great acclaim. The release led to a series of headline shows, an appearance at Rhythm & Vines and a warm up performance for Canadian country star Orville Peck.

The band is made up of Theo Spike Salmon (guitar, vocals), Isaac Keating (drums), Jade Bryham (keyboards) and Louis Graham (bass). Support from Sports Dreams.
