Overview

In celebration of the annual Dia de los Muertos, a Mexican tradition when families come together to celebrate love and life through food, drink and music, Golding's Free Dive, Garage Project and the rest of Hannah's Laneway crew invite you to party in Leeds Street. Home to some of our city's tastiest eateries, the precinct will be brought to life for the sixth outing of the Dia De Los Muertos Street Fiesta.

Delve into Garage Project's delicious full range of beverages in the courtyard or on tap inside. You'll also get the chance to sample some of their special releases, including a chilli chocolate black lager and the watermelon, habanero and rosewater maize lager.

Explore all that Hannahs Laneway has to offer, with a local food market featuring Shepherd, Lashings, LaBocaLoca, Wellington Chocolate Factory and Fix & Fogg. Enjoy live music from Carlos Navae, as well as thirst-quenching margaritas from the Hanging Ditch.

Starting at 2pm, the festival is a celebration of life and loved ones that have past. Get dressed up, boogie to some fantastic music, eat some delicious local food and wash it all down with a Garage Project beer. This event is perfect for the little ones too, with complimentary face painting by BodyFX.
