If you’re a sucker for watching people leap, flip, balance and contort in ways that you’ll never be able to even attempt, then may I suggest you head along to Experience China - Acrobatic Spectacular.

Coming to Wellington’s Opera House this November with incredible acrobatic performances, the show combines extreme flexibility with traditional music, dance and drama as performed by the China National Acrobatic Troupe.

Never heard of them, you say? Well I would have you know the Troupe has won 59 gold medals in a variety of international and domestic competitions including the Golden Clown, President Award and Gold Magic Prize (which almost sound like made-up award names but I promise, they’re prestigious as hell and you should be very impressed). After visiting more than 124 countries, the show finally arrives in New Zealand, so get some tickets quick – with only two shows playing on the 11th & 12th of November, this one’s going to be hot like fire.
