Kick off the weekend in style with an evening of gin and jazz in the vibrant surrounds of Hot Sauce, QT Wellington's buzzing resident cocktail bar.

Over four evenings, the bar is putting on Fiery Nights, bringing jazz and gin-spiked cocktails set to get your feeling the groove.

On the lineup are local jazz musicians Christopher Yeabsley, Daniel Yeabsley, Oscar Lavën, and the lyrical notes of singer Lauren Armstrong.

A speciality cocktail menu includes the Coffee and Cigar, a heady mix of gin, coffee liquor coffee beans and cocoa nibs. For something a little more wintery, order the Apple Chai G&T, a spicy blend of gin, apple chai syrup, tonic and star anise.

Running from 5-9pm across two consecutive weekends in June, this is set to be an elegant way to spend an eve — or begin the night.
