Hearts, Stars and Ukuleles

Overview

A night of stars, ukulele tunes, entertainment and all for a great cause with 100% of the proceeds going towards supporting healthy hearts. This has got to be the most exciting charity fundraiser event Wellington has seen in a while. The Wellington International Ukulele Orchestra has teamed up the Heart Foundation and Carter Observatory to perform and intimate twenty five minute acoustic set on Friday 12th of September.

Not only will the night be for a great cause and have fabulous entertainment but it will be held at the Carter Observatory where you will be surrounded by space related exhibitions and activities. There will be a generous canapé catered by Nosh and fine Bogal vineyard Californian wines supplied by Dahl & Nash for those over eighteen. Also for this charitable event there will be a mini exhibition of Hannah Starnes artwork and a silent auction of a selection of desirable treats.
