In the wake of Harry Potter, magic and high school fit seamlessly together. From Wellington's PlayShop, High School Magical: The Reunion is here to bring all your fantastical and fictitious dreams to life. Unfortunately East High basketball all-star Troy Bolten won't be making a cameo appearance, but there will be plenty of comedic and magical relief.
Be prepared to be charmed as this improvised comedy brings together magical folk all under one roof — Penumbra Chickweed, Leonardo Penguin, Professor Ficulus Twiddletwig and the rest of the gang will be there. The show visits a ten-year reunion of Spellington College of the Magical Arts. However, the meeting threatens more than just the awkwardness of seeing old school peers — new spells may open up old secrets.
High School Magical will play at BATS Theatre from July 23–27. The production arrives from the same company that brought us Game of Things and 10 Things I Hate About Us.
