Overview

The New Zealand Polish Film Festival is coming to Wellington this month. The boutique foreign language film festival presents a mixture of high-quality, exciting and little-seen Polish films, screening in little ol' NZ.

Polish cinema has over 100 years of history under its belt. Therefore with this level of expertise comes a true talent of filmmaking. The Roxy Cinema is hosting the festival this year, with a number of films to tickle your fancy. Animated drama Another Day of Life will open the festival at 5.30pm on Wednesday, 3 April. Elsewhere, the picks have won several awards, thus pathing the way for an exciting and worthwhile evening for all to enjoy. You can expect: Nina, Panic Attack53 Wars, and Double Trouble

The New Zealand Polish Film Festival will run from 3—7 April, with tickets ranging from $17—30.
