Night Lights and Christmas Market

Overview

Heritage New Zealand is presenting a twinkling Christmas night market at Wellington's Old Government Buildings just in time for the holiday season.

Over three nights, New Zealand's largest wooden building will light up in a celebration of Christmas. Nicla's Cafe and Lunch Bar will set up in the cafeteria space, while the grounds of the Old Government Buildings will come to life with a twilight Christmas market for last-minute shoppers. There'll be activities, live entertainment and food stalls, too, and with 22 chimneys around the stunning heritage site Santa will have plenty to work with.

Entry is $2 (children under 5 are free) with all proceeds going to protect New Zealand heritage.
