Overview

Old Hall Gigs are back for 2015 with the highly acclaimed Sheep, Dog & Wolf kicking off the festivities in a secluded location. The five-piece band will play at Charles Plimmer Hall in the Innermost Gardens in Mount Victoria, along with a reading by award-winning novelist Kerry Donovan Brown and an improv set from maestro drummer Reece McNaughten.

Sheep, Dog & Wolf is the project of multi-instrumentalist boy genius Daniel McBride. Along with drummer Eddie Crawshaw, until now the band has performed as a two-piece, with McBride looping and layering vocal harmonies and instrumental melodies. McBride has now recruited three talented Wellington musicians, allowing his complex sonic works to be brought to life in a truly impressive live show.

If huddling around vege patches and discovering your new band-crush sounds like your vibe, don’t miss out – the capacity of the hall is strictly limited and there are no door sales for this show.
