Overview
After a successful event at Garage Project's Wild Workshop last April, wine educators Wine Sentience are bringing back their SOIF natural wine pop-up to showcase some of the most unique, rare, and delicious natural drops you may ever taste. Translating from French to "thirst", SOIF (pronounced: swahf) aims to highlight one of a kind natural wines from across the globe.
Wine Sentience has literally raided suitcases, personal collections and cellars, and they are pours that you may never have the opportunity to taste again — at least in the near future. In honor of the spring equinox and the ever-pressing need for delicious wines, this will be the third instalment.
The bar will open from 4pm to 9pm on Saturday, 23 March.
