The Mind in Your Hand

Overview

It's one for the bucket list: attend a live nude drawing class (or be the live nude at the drawing class). Each Tuesday in September The Dowse is giving you the chance to tick the former off the list (pretty sure the nude model job is taken, but you never know).

Led by tutor Dan Wilkinson, the classes will play around with mark-making in both short and long time frames. You'll practice quick line studies and spend longer periods experimenting with tonal ranges to create more detailed studies.

Each class is two hours long and you can attend just one, or all four if you really want to develop your skills. Materials and refreshments are provided, so just bring your somewhat giggly and ever-so-slightly blushing self.
