Overview

The Proclaimers—the dulcet-toned (not really) Scottish brothers (and key addition to the original Shrek soundtrack)—are on their way to our fair land for one show only, at St. James' Theatre on the 22nd April.

The audience is bound to be a right old mixture. There'll be your parents' age folk who were around for their iconic 80's albums such as Sunshine on Leith and Hit the Highway, featuring singles such as "Letter from America" and "I Met You." However, the resurgence of "I'm on my way" and "500 Miles" as flat party bangers are sure to see some young ones in attendance as well. The pair have received numerous top 40 spots and have toured extensively throughout their 30-strong years as The Proclaimers, gaining a huge following for their new-wave, pop and folk crossover and iconic Scottish accents.

Greg Johnson, kiwi muso of such tunes as "Don't wait another day" is also going to be there as the show's supporting lineup- another reason to book your tickets to what is bound to be a classic show in the capital.
