Tuatara Open Late is back this Thursday from 5pm to 10pm, and just in time before City Gallery takes a two-week hiatus for scheduled maintenance at the end of the week. Start the weekend right with an evening of premium tunes, eats, drinks and exhibitions.

You've probably stumbled across a DJ B.Lo set while out and about on a Saturday night or over the airwaves on Radioactive FM. He'll be warming up the gallery speakers with his distinctive mix of jazz on vinyl.

Demented Architecture celebrates the standoff and state of constant one-upmanship that exists between artist and architect, curating a selection of international artists and architects who play a role in exploring this tug of war for cultural supremacy. From the One I Call My Own fascinatingly contrasts two artists – silent visual practice, countered by performed verbal language.

Save yourself a drive out to Miramar, as suburban favourite La Boca Loca will be serving their brand of tasty Mexican cuisine in the foyer - did I hear someone say Totopos and chipotle mayonnaise? Of course you'll be able to control the salsa hot heat with Tuatara brews on cash bar.
