Writers on Mondays: A Survivor’s Guide to Scriptwriting

Overview

From mid-July to October each year, the International Institute of Modern Letters, a programme established to promote contemporary imaginative writing, runs a series of events highlighting writers in the Wellington region and beyond.

Three experienced writers for stage and screen will form the panel for the invaluable Survivor's Guide to Scriptwriting workshop. Comparing notes on the highs and lows of the scriptwriter’s life will be Peter Cox - the creator of TV series The Insiders Guide to Happiness; Kelly Marshall - an experienced scriptwriter and editor for television in the UK, and Dave Armstrong - a three-time winner of the Chapman Tripp Theatre Award and TV series penman.
