Asahi Akai Doa x Culprit

Overview

This June, Chef Yukio Ozeki from Azabu will go head to head with Kyle Street and Jordan MacDonald of contemporary yum cha restaurant, Culprit. For $85 per person you can experience a creative culinary performance like no other.

This is the third part of the Akai Doa series which has seen Chef Ozeki collaborate with Angus Muir and Stolen Girlfriends Club. The chefs are set to serve four courses each as they battle it out for customers' tastebuds. The menu is remaining under wraps but it is said to be Kiwi, Asian fusion — be prepared for an eight-course journey of small entree-sized dishes that will satisfy your appetite perfectly. The one-off tasting menu will also take inspiration from Japan's most popular beer, Asahi.

The Asahi Akai Doa and Culprit showdown is on every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6 June until 11 July at the iconic Las Vegas Club on K' Road.
