Music in Parks: The Gunslingers Ball

Overview

Auckland's regional parks and reserves will play host to a wide range of musical acts this summer as part of Auckland Council's Music in Parks series. Events will run from Saturday 11 January through to Sunday 23 March.

Folk-country-punk collective The Gunslingers Ball will perform for the first time in the series at Grey Lynn Park on Sunday 23 February.

The ever-rotating cast of musicians are infamous for their performances spanning alt-country, cowboy, punk, folk and country blues. The latest version of the group includes folk duo Tattletale Saints, country singer Tami Neilson, indie-country band The Broadsides, alt-country band Eb and Sparrow and Nashville duo, 10 String Symphony.
