Red Bull Sound Select: Daedelus

Overview

U.S electronic musician Daedelus will lead three local acts this Waitangi Day in the latest Red Bull Sound Select events.

The Los Angeles artist is famed for his all-encompassing talent as a producer, an instrumentalist and beat-maker. He has released fourteen albums over his career and is also part of groups The Long Lost, which is a collaboration with his wife, and Adventure Time.

Red Bull Sound Select aims to support local music scenes by celebrating hard-working artists, passionate fans and the music influencers. The site captures band's social media content and rewards fans with event access through interaction.

Joining Daedelus at shows in Wellington on Thursday 6 February and Auckland on Friday 7 February will be dark-pop duo Black City Lights, Wellington producer Beat Mob and beat maker PXLX. Both shows will feature visual installations by The Interrupt Collective.

Entry is free with RSVP. $3 Doorsales will be available on the nights.
