Don't nama-stay in bed during these breezy summer mornings; get your yoga mat, kombucha and head down to Queens Wharf for some downward dog with a view.
Panuku Development Auckland is hosting six free hour-long yoga classes throughout January and February to keep you calm and encourage mindfulness. Beginning at 7am, salute the sunrise as your body, mind and soul wake to the waves lapping against the wharf.
All experiences and ages are welcome, just bring your own yoga mat and water. Classes are held at the water's edge, behind The Cloud at the end of Queens Wharf.
