Overview

The first pop-up dining experience from Glenfield catering company Luntian aims to prove that there's more to Filipino cuisine than just chicken adobo. The vegan pop-up, held at Eden Terrace's Lot 23 on February 22, will serve up plant-based versions of popular Manila street eats.

Diners will learn more about the culture of this Southeast Asian gem told through the stories of each dish. Filipino favourites such as isaw (barbecued intestines), lumpiang gulay (filled egg rolls) and kare-kare (simmered oxtail stew) will all be given the vegan treatment.
