Wine, Cheese & Astronomy
Space, the final frontier. It's a big universe out there amongst the stars, and the Stardome is an often overlooked way to get that little bit closer.
Overview
Space, the final frontier. It's a big universe out there amongst the stars, and the Stardome is an often overlooked way to get that little bit closer. For those wanting to avoid the kid-friendly typical visit, an R18 evening is offered for adults to get a little more familiar with some of our astronomical partners. With complimentary wine and cheese, you can learn about the planets, stars and constellations visible in the night sky at the moment while expanding your mind.
You'll begin with a special extended 'Night Sky' show, before (weather permitting), heading outside for a session on the telescopes for an up close and personal viewing with our local solar system.
Go on, be a little nerdy.
